Jojo Diggs, nicknamed the Yoda of street dance, proudly represents Jabbawockeez, MOPTOP, and Culture Shock. She has been teaching for over a decade, and has trained in multiple styles of both freestyle and choreography. Her love for dance started as a young teen, learning party dances from her brother, but she didn’t officially start training in dance until ballroom at 22 years of age. Her love and skill for dance was then crafted in the clubs and cyphers.

She has battled, judged, and taught all over the world in Freestyle and House competitions, having traveled to 27 countries and has appeared in movies, TV shows, in commercials and on stage. She is most proud of her theatre work, which creates a transformational experience for both the performers and audience. She is profoundly involved in the psychological and therapeutic aspects of artwork in all that she creates. Her main influences are Chaz “Asiatic” Cabonce, Club Red, Brooklyn Terry, Jade “Soul” Zuberi, music, cyphers, Landmark Education and Jesus Christ. Founder of international non-profit organization Diggs Deeper, her goal in life is to teach others how to live a life of freedom through choice, unconditional love and enjoying frustration.
